Dear moses Adongo, Greeting! Was the administrator password changed from the factory default setting? if yes!! Contact your dealer or nearest SHARP Service Department. For the factory default administrator password, see "TO THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE MACHINE" in Quick Start Guide. After changing the password, take special care to remember it.

The error code H5 means there was at least 5 pages in a row where the paper did not come out of the printer correctly (most likely paper jams. The following manual will direct you on the steps needed to clear the code, please note especially page #8-3
