my home outside ac unit isn't blowing out any air the coils are clean yet for some reason the freon leaks out from the base out to the pipe. what seems to be the problem amd how can I fix this
Air conditioning real definition is not giving cool but removing heat from the room. In same way for heating, it's not heating, removing cool from the room. When your indoor coil, air filter and blower wheel are full of dust, you won't get even 30% of cool or heat depend on your selection. Simple solution for your problem is clean indoor unit completely. Check all sensor is working well. In heat mode keep temp minimum +3 degree than room temp. thanks and helpful.
To get proper cool, keep the tips as follows: 1. Check air filter is cleaned. 2. Check indoor coil is cleaned. 3. Checkindoor blower motor is working. 4. Keep in cool mode. 5. Set temp minimum 3degrees less than room temp.6.Check compressor is working with correctpressure. Thanks. Helpful?
This alarm state is a CH08 alarm. Which indicates that the indoor unit fan motor has a locked rotor. Solution is to check the indoor fan capacitor and replace or test the windings of the indoor fan motor. Note: the indoor fan motor is a BLDC fan motor and can not be replaced with any other motor. It runs of a voltage regulated frequency.
