How to Pair A Bluetooth Device With The iPad
Among the many convenient features of the Apple iPad, the ability to pair the iPad to any Bluetooth device is very convenient.
Bluetooth devices allow your iPad to interact with devices ranging from headsets to computers without the use of wires.
Like most things related to the iPad, connecting an iPad to a Bluetooth device is easy. Follow these simple steps to do so.

* Bluetooth Device (headset or other)
First, in order to pair the iPad to a Bluetooth device you need to make sure the Bluetooth device is discoverable. Refer to the instruction manual for the device (which you can find online usually if you lost it) on how to do this.
Typically, it just involves holding down a button for a few seconds.
Next, you need to turn the iPad's Bluetooth capability on. Go to Settings by touching the Settings App icon that looks like gears.
Within Settings, select General and then Bluetooth. Once you are in the Bluetooth screen, press the on/off switch to turn Bluetooth on. Make sure it reads "on".
Once you turn on Bluetooth, you should see the discoverable Bluetooth device show up on the screen as part of a list. Select the device you wish to pair with the iPad.
Depending on the device, it may prompt you for a password. Refer to the Bluetooth device's product manual for this password.
Tips & Warnings
A white Bluetooth icon on the top of the screen indicates a device is connected to the iPad
A gray Bluetooth icon on the top of the screen indicates Bluetooth is on but no device is connected.

Unfortunately it sounds like one of two things, both rude... one, the amplifier attached to the speaker exceeds the output capacity of the speaker "cone", or alternatively, the amplifier distorts the output signal when near its peak amplitude... Either way, buy quality gear and you wont have this issue. Real and true, you do get what you pay for... mostly...

Most likely due to insufficient memory ,try this
Settings>application manager/all apps>swipe to the side till you find (all apps) >look for Bluetooth share >then clear the cache ,it should work then

Go to your settings turn on blue tooth. Turn on your flip speaker make sure the lite is flashing red. If not hold the on button until it dues. Back to you phone now. Just pair it now. if it ask for a cod try #000 or #0000
