Are you plugging the instrument directly into the computer? If so you only have mono jacks from your bass, guitar so on and so forth! So in channel in only one to record! Try using a stereo microphone and record pointing at the amp. That way you will get stereo through your device. If that is not the problem make sure that the settings on the Prosonus is set to output stereo. And for most check all your plugs to make sure they are stereo inputs and outputs.

I think I've pressed something whilst mixing on my Acid Pro 7 program, and now theres no sound at all. The tracks aren't muted but there's just nothing coming out. I can hear everything else though e.g....
Maybe you pressed on the "Mute and Lock" switch.
It should be one of the switches here:

I'm not sure which one is it, though... The only Sony programs I use is SoundForge and Vegas...

Acid pro serial number needed
Contact the maker of the program directly They may be able to assist you, if you can somehow prove to them that you have paid for the program.

If they won't help you, then im afraid all you can do is go and buy the program again.

Can not record audio anymore
Does it create a track but there is nothing in it? Turn off your anti-virus software when you record, thats how I got mine to work. Kaspersky anti-virus was making it trip offline.
