Pull the right post out. It may first have to be unscrewed to unlock it. Pull it out one click to set the date, two clicks to set the time. I recommend setting the time first and go all the way past 12 to see if you are on AM or PM (the date will advance or won't). Set the time correctly, then push the stem in one click and set the date. Push the stem in all the way and then turn it to wind. You can't over wind an automatic watch but always use gentle pressure to avoid damage.

New Armani exchange watch. Set time and date. It doesnt seem to be running. Is there a secret?

The secret is a new battery. People are always shocked when they get a brand new watch and it isn't running. How do you know how long it was sitting on the shelf of the factory or the retailer? A battery is usually good for 1-3 years... May have just expired.

My Emporio Armani 5330 has a problem in that the date advances at noon instead of at midnight so the 24 hour indicator on the bottom of the face is not in sync. How do I correct this?

Simply advance hands 12 hours forwards (clockwise). Just pull out crown to the time setting position and turn the watch hands forwards if the date is changing before midnight. If the date is changing after midnight - turn the hands 12 hours backwards. Don't do this when the actual time is between 10pm - 2am.

How can I ajust date (day and month)? AR0709

Usually to change the date and time with a watch you pull the knob out on the side half-way instead of the entire way. When it's pulled out half-way, that should let you turn it to change the date and time.

I was given a watch from a relative, but without a manual. I would like to know how to change the date, and any other pertinent operating instructions.

I have just posted added a manual for this watch that will be available looking at my profile. It should be added within 24 hours of this time and date.

Hi all. Got a Emporio Armani AR4605, know how to set time, but can not figure out how to set date. Any ideas? Thanks

There should be a small button at 2 o'clock on the side of the case that will advance the date hand on position each time it is pressed.

How to set the date?

Pull the watchs winder to the first detent then turn either clockwise or counter clock wise. Then stop the day before the date you want it set, pull it all the way out to its last detent and manually turn the hands with the winder until it changes (around 3 or 4pm usually) so you know it's the AM and set your watch for the correct time.
