It could be one of 3 things. I assume you already tried replacement of the fuser. IF ... that didnt work do the LVPS then the system board last. Also check the 115/220 switch on the LVPS.

Please power off the printer. Remove all the toner cartridges. And then put them back in. Make sure you install the toner cartridges properly. After that power on the printer. Try printing again.

Check the toners, sometimes one of the toners are bad and the chip on the cartridge is not good..

this error is a scanner lost lock error and can be caused by the scanner or the logic board. if this error comes up immediately on power up the scanner motor is not initializing by percentages of failure the scanner is approximately 85% the logic board 15% i would change the scanner

This is a laser unit problem, probably being caused by the laser scanner motor being slow to spin up to speed, or having failed completely.

Replacement of the laser unit is the first thing to try here.

usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.

but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.

Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence
