call them on another phone , provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

hi, you can do it in a simple method first you should take out the sim card from your mobile and note the sim card number and call the customer care from other mobile phone so they will tell u the puk code........there is some charge for this :was this helpful to you

hello,if your mobile phone request for a puk code all you need to do is just to contact your service provider because they are the only one who can provide you with the puk code.this will be given to you free off charge.
you will only be asked your mobile number and imei number to confirm that you are the legal owner of the phone.

Your PUK code is blocked...U must have entered wrong PUK thrice...To unlock cal ur service provider a get a new PUK code..cal to ur service provider from some other phone...dey will ask ur sim no...

you can get the puk code from your service provider, whomever that may be, vodaphone, O2 orange etc... they will ask you for youe IMEI number inside the phone (probably under the battery), then they will issue you with a puk code.

OK, i did my first 3 tries, no good then i used the other 7 tries, no good either. Then it said that the PUK was locked. Is there anyway of fixing this problem without buying another sim card???

Hi If you still have the sim card pack, you will find the PUK number on there, you must enter this number, If you do not have your sim pack, you must phone your service provider, and get your PUK number from them, after entering the PUK number, your phone will ask you for a new PIN number, you can use your phone after you have done this.
