I am not sure if your Hyundai is equipped with fuel safety switch witch will stop the fuel pump in case of an accident,
still worth to have a look at the engine bay near the balk, left and right sides, and inside the car on the A pillars, left and right.
it is a black box with red button at the top, you have to press on the red top in order to reset it

I would located the fuse box and pull out the fuse for the radio. Keep it out for a minute then replace. That might reset the radio. If that doesn't work, maybe it's still under warranty.
