I have verified the power supply pcb is not putting out any voltages to the cpu. The fuse on the pcb is good. probably a transistor.
part # on the pcb is 43-860-AZ0-IPOS150H
The power board has been manufactured by Proview, and is used on Memorex, Polaroid, and Bush TVs
Here is part from Sears for $45: Pcb, power-only .
The original part had been discontinued , and it is difficultly available. It has been replaced by part PROVIEW IPOS 150 REV:1.8 200-P00-HM150H (RRP $170).
In case the original PWB is not available from Sears parts , then you will need to buy the more expensive compatible replacement .
Here is the part for $114.
Please do not forget to accept the solution afterward.
Thanks.

The tv is only 2 years old. Can notnotfind any specs on the board. I know it is 115 vac input and has 20v, 12v and 5v dc output along with the hv to the LCD. Printing on the pcb is IPOS 150, REV 1.8, 2006.11.25. Also200-Poo-HM150H. Also has a bar cod sticker with the other # I already gave and PP11511207A077218. Another sticker has 745-000-PQ2625H LAE PQ2625 0734.
110% satisfied. I received the part today, put it in and tv is working fine. Sears had part in stock. Best $11 dollars I've spent in a long time.
