I have replaced all but the power supply on a 50 Samsung plasma TV and still no screen

Well, since you have already invested and replaced the other boards to no avail you might as well change the PS board. If the PS is not outputting the correct requirements for the other boards it is possible that lights will work/blink but the other boards will simply not work.

Relay clicks when applying power. Yellow light comes on. TV is dead otherwise. Power supply is outputting +5, 12, and 24 volts Mainboard (3647-0282-0150) has +5 and 12 volts always applied. Checked...

Amber light on means standby voltage is high. IF amber light does not go white when power button is pushed the its one of two things.
A. No power on command from main board. Usually labeled PS-On. Should go high from 3.3v or maybe 5volts. If not present Main is defective.

B. If the ps-on line is going high then your problem is a defective power supply.

I have a norcent 37 no picture model LT 3751 BUT POWER LIGHT GOES ON

Hello: This can be caused by several issues.
One is bad capacitors on the power supply not allowing sufficient power to the inverter or a bad inverter board.
2. Bad T-Con board, it is used to control the Display. If the back lights are lighting up then you may have a bad t-con board. If the screen is dark meaning no light, then you may have a bad inverter board or problems in the PS..

LCD screen glows super bright then shuts down with red pwr lite

The ps voltages need to checked with inverter plugged in otherwise you can't verify a p/s failure. most likely you will need a new inverter/ps. Julio [email protected]

TV screen won't come up

The power supply board or inverter. The power supply board is the first step. Look for any capacitors that are puffed up. Replacing them should take care of the PS. Check to see if you have 24 volts going to the inverter. If you do PS is OK and the inverter is most likely bad...good luck

PS/2 power supply connection

You seem to have an oddball monitor if what you describe is correct. The power supply to a monitor[Display Screen is that what you mean?] is either direct to main power- in which case the power cord is either built in with a power plug for wall socket, or has a socket on the back for a separate main power cord. Or is powered from a low voltage converter that delivers low volts usually via a coaxial plug like this illustration PS2 connection does dot come into the equation as far as I know unless you have got hold of something unusual. Tell you what take a shot of the back of the monitor and lets have a look see mean while here's is a shot of a typical low voltage power supply available anywhere.
