Upper oven will not heat on the lower element during bake. Upper comes on correctly. I have replaced the element and the sensor with new ones and have voltage at all points. Is there a relay or part on the control panel board that could be replaced without replacing the whole thing?.... Thank You for your help.
No,but if you google who rebuilds oven clock assy. and i did it and found one for you
https://www.appliancetimers.com/faqs
you call them and give them your model number, they'll tell you if they can rebuild your clock assy.you draw out a schematic of where the wires go,remove the clock assy. and mail it to the company, they fix your clock and mail it back to you and you reinstall it,i've done this with older thermador ovens, the clock goes blank and you can't get them anymore,it's great because it was under 100.00 bucks and you have a rebuilt clock assy. the way i did it was mark down on paper the color wire and where it went and then i would start from the left top corner and i would get a marker and put a line on the first wire, then 2 marks on the second wire and so forth, but when i got to like the sixth wire i would tape them together just like they were still connected in the same order and then start with the marks again and when you go to put the clock back in the wires would almost line right up from being in that position for so long so it isn't that hard to do,you can take pictures to whatever works for you but this way is cheaper than buying a new clock assy. if you can still get it depending on how old the stove is.hope this helps you out and happy holidays.

Go to google and type in model and IOM and it should give you what you need. Replacing the element should not be hard. Just disconnect the power first. My main concern is that you said the oven won't turn off. You may have a control switch problem. Did the element melt at the terminals or in the middle of the element itself?

How many active terminals are there at the main terminal block in the new oven. Is this a single or 2 phase supply. Have you connected the active supply to all active terminals. If only half of the oven is working it sounds like it could be a problem at the terminal block. If so, you need to put a loop or bridge wire to the 2nd active terminal.
If all this was done correctly when connected the only other thing it could be is the electronic clock needs to be set to manual mode for the oven to work correctly.

Yes, replace the lower element by first turning off the circuit breaker to the oven (110V is still to half of the 220V element circuit even though the oven setting is turned off), then unscrew the two screws holding the element to the back wall of the oven, then pull the element out (may have to tug it a bit to get the connectors through the insulation), and pull the wire connector clips off the element.
