Asus f3j bios mod for upgraded ram

Not sure what you are asking about. Asus site says the motherboard will take DDR2 533/667MHz SDRAM, 2x SO-DIMM socket expandable to 2GB
Which means DDR2 533mhz 1 gig per slot total 2gig
or DDR2 667mhz 1 gig per slot total 2 gig

To enter BIOs press F2 at boot up, but no setting should need to be changed.

They do not have a BIOs update for increasing the memory limits.
BIOs upgrades from first to current are.

Wanz to Upgrade my action book 575t but cant find the mainboard stats

The only way to upgrade it is to buy a new one. It is old and will only take a Celeron 2Ghz CPU, so it isn't worth it.

MSI G31M3-LV2, Bios XD settings

Hello the homepage is here:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G31M3-L-V2---G31M3-LS-V2.html#/?div=Driver&os=Win7%2064

Here is no support for windows 8, and the cpu must support the 64bit
architecture, in order to install the windows operating system.

You must also have, at least 2 gb of ram.

Download the upgrade assistant here:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/upgrade-to-windows-8

To find out.

Good luck

What is the best processor for my hp pavilion ze4300? Do i need to upgrade the processor if i upgrade the memory to 1GB?

No you do not need to upgrade the cpu after upgrading the memory. The best processor is likely the one in it, however it may support other processors in the same family (ie, if it supports the i7 processor it may support any i7 processor, 1ghz or 2ghz, or if it's an amd turion 64 x2 tl-56 it should support the tl-58 and others. Be sure to purchase a new cpu from somewhere that does offer returns if it doesn't work.)

Is it possible to overclock the processor on the v2000 cause i upgraded my processor from a 1.5ghz to a 2.00ghz but when i go to control panel and click on system it shows 2.00ghz then next to that it...

sounds like the system is using the full 2ghz, but running the processor with the 1.5ghz driver. hence the dual display. If you downloaded the proper driver for your cpu the 1.5 notification should go away.

Can the cpu be upgraded to BX80526C1000256! If yes what modifications need to be made? Motherboard is EliteGroup P6STP-FL

Hello!

If you want upgrade you CPU, you must first know, specification of motherboard.
If the motherboard can´t see a new CPU, more exactly bios, you can try only one upgrade bios.
I give you a link for a manual and upgrade bios.

When you upgrade bios, try new CPU, if bios again don´t see a CPU, you can´t do anything about that.

Intel P4 2.66GHz/512/533 is not working on MS9337C+.

#1. Does the CPU fan run if not then you may have a conductivity problem between fan and CPu. Did you use thermal paste or grease?

If fan is running follow directions below from my manual for MS9377C+ mainboard.

Go into the BIOS setup ,go to CPU setup, select proper voltage for you CPU. On Advanced setup page see if the hyperthreading function is revaeled. If so your CPU has this function. Set "Enabled " to test HT CPU function. If this doesn't work try "Disabling" the function. Good luck. I am about to attempt tp upgrade to a Prescott 3.0E which the box says this board supports. Sure hope so . Am running a 1.7 now.

USES only 2ghz instead of 3

Have you just installed this processor as an upgrade?? Check the jumper settings on the motherboard and the multiplyer in the bios. You need 133Mhz clock speed. With the multiplier of 23 which is set in the bios automatically by the CPU id 23x133 = 3.06Ghz. I suspect that the jumper settings are for 100Mhz so 100x23 = 2.3Ghz. Let me know how you get on or if you have any more questions as i have the same motherboard and im gonna buy one of these processors @ [email protected]
