The "10B1" message on your Panasonic KX-TGD390C phone may indicate that your voicemail box is still full, even if you've deleted all the messages. This could be due to some saved or undeleted messages in a different folder or some other issue with your voicemail settings. To clear your mailbox and resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
Access your voicemail box: Dial your voicemail access number. It's typically a number provided by your phone service provider, such as "123" or "555."
Follow the voice prompts: Once you're in your voicemail system, listen to the voice prompts carefully. There should be an option to manage your messages or change your mailbox settings.
Delete all messages: Even if you've already deleted messages from your phone, there may be some messages still stored in your voicemail box. Use the voicemail system's options to delete all messages.
Check saved messages: Some voicemail systems have a separate folder for saved messages. Make sure to check this folder and delete any saved messages if they exist.
Change mailbox settings: If you cannot find any messages in your voicemail box and it's still showing as full, you may need to access your mailbox settings and reset or reconfigure them. Look for options related to mailbox size, message retention, or other similar settings. You might need to contact your service provider for assistance if you can't find these settings.
Reboot your phone: After you've taken the above steps, it's a good idea to power cycle or reboot your Panasonic phone. This can sometimes help refresh its connection to the voicemail system.
Contact your service provider: If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, it's a good idea to contact your phone service provider's customer support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot and resolve any voicemail-related problems.
Remember that the specific steps and options may vary depending on your phone service provider and the voicemail system they use. It's essential to follow the prompts and options provided by your voicemail system when you access it through your voicemail access number.
To remove the voicemail indicator and stop the flashing light on your Panasonic home phone, you can try the following steps:
1. Access the voicemail system: Dial your home phone number from your Panasonic phone or another phone and let it ring until it goes to voicemail. Enter your voicemail password or follow the prompts to access your voicemail messages.
2. Listen to and delete all voicemail messages: Check your voicemail inbox for any new or saved messages. Listen to each message and follow the instructions to delete them. Ensure that your voicemail box is empty.
3. Exit the voicemail system: Once you have listened to and deleted all voicemail messages, exit the voicemail system by following the prompts or hanging up the call.
4. Reset the phone: Disconnect the power adapter from the back of your Panasonic phone base unit. Wait for about 30 seconds and then plug the power adapter back in. This will perform a reset on the phone and clear any residual indicators.
5. Check the voicemail indicator: After the phone has rebooted, check if the voicemail indicator is still active or if the light is still flashing. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
6. Disable visual voicemail feature (if applicable): Some Panasonic home phones offer a visual voicemail feature that may trigger the voicemail indicator and flashing light. To disable this feature, consult the user manual for your specific model and follow the instructions to turn off the visual voicemail function.
7. Contact Panasonic support: If you have followed the above steps and are still unable to remove the voicemail indicator or stop the flashing light, it's recommended to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your phone model and help troubleshoot the issue.
Remember to consult the user manual for your Panasonic home phone model as the steps and features may vary slightly.

You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
you have probably turned off the voice messaging indicator, log into your voice mail and choose the number option for voicemail settings/options and then make sure that the voice messaging indicator is set to on
I assume you mean voicemail messages taken by voicemail service on your telephone line, the ones indicated by a flashing "voicemail" indicator on the phone. You may need to contact your service provider as not all systems are the same, but here's how it usually works. From your home phone, dial your own number so that the voicemail answers. Press the "*" button and you'll be prompted to enter your passcode. (The default passcode is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number, and you enter a new one when you go through mailbox setup.) Once you've entered the passcode and are in the voicemail system, voice prompts guide you through how to access messages and make setup changes. To process is usually the same to check your messages when you're away, although some service providers may give you a different access number to call. Again, check with your service provider for all the details if your system is different.
The waiting light is a MESSAGE light. Press MESSAGE and look at the display. It tells you where the message came from and the 3rd soft key will let you CLEAR the message.
Sounds like its trying to use the default greeting using you name from the company directory. I would verify that the mailbox greeting is in place (f981>admin>greet>rec>prime>).
Don't know about other models, but I just called RCA small business
phone support (800-511-3180) to find out how to clear the message light
indicator on my 25210 2-line cordless phone when it continues to blink
but there is no message.
All you have to do is hold down the delete button for a few seconds and
it will clear. Hope this helps someone else from going batty!
