Phone comes on but my screen stays black

I replaced the digitizer and LCD on my Nokia 1020 and now it does not come on. The screen just stays black after the power button is pushed. It buzz's like it should but stays black.

may i kmow the exact model please...?

i had the same problem when i turn my phone on the buttons lights come on but te screen stays black and the phone doesnt turn on. the lights stay on

How u gonna hard reset it when its stuck on black screen?

menu>settings> display keyboard is there
set your screnn display/time ou to 2 min; set your keyboard to 1 min

The plug is loose in the back where the power cord is
Bend the power cord up or down until it comes on and stays on!

To easiest way to fix this is to go back to the company you brought the phone off as it is a problem within the phone hope this helps...

There is a Title button (above the volume knob). Push it and hold it for 2 or 3 seconds. It was either that, or push and hold the 'Function" button on the glide bar... pretty sure it was the title button though. It will come back on.

It sounds like video card problem. Bring it to a repair shop.

take the phone and have the flexcable replaced...this would correct the issue you are presently having.
