First check your venting. if you have backed up lint then it will not heat as well. if it's not your venting i would check to see if your heating element is broken and shorted to the casing..some times it will still heat if the coils weld themselves to the casing...if the heating element looks good then i would turn to your electrical.

What causes my dryer to stop after 20 minutes?

Sounds like a possible motor over heating. The main motor has a heat safety built in that shuts it off if it gets too hot. It will restart once it cools off some. Over heating could be from excessive lint around the motor or even from a blocked vent pipe. All you can do is clean it well and check again. If it still shuts off the motor will need replaced.

Bosch Axxis WTE86300US turns itself off after ten minutes, won't turn back on for a few minutes after that

I would bet you have a bad sensor. There are a couple of sensors that monitor heat. When it gets too hot they shut it down as a safety precaution. Once it is cool enough it will start up again.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

If you have already tried cleaning the vent then the problem is with the Thermal fuse (part#7 in this picture). When the thermal fuse goes bad it cannot be reset and replacing it is recommended repair. It is located on the blower wheel housing inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct. You can test the fuse for continuity before replacing, if the fuse is fine then check the thermostat (part#8) and thermal cut off (part#9) in the above picture. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

if it still quits heating after a minute or so then its either a weak cycling thermostat or moisture sensor thermistor, both located on the blower housing, or the moisture sensor bars located near the door opening on the dryer,or it could be a high limit thermostat thats bad on the burner tube itself

The thermal overload is bad and will need to be replaced,This is there to prvent overheating and when it fails and overheating happens,a secondary overload kicks in to prevent a fire.

62802 stops running after a few minutes

It sounds as if you have a defective drive motor.  After the motor runs for a while and heats up, the internal thermal switch cuts it off before it gets too hot and becomes a hazard.  Once the motor cools down and the thermal switch makes up again, it will run and then repeat this process.
