How do i change from military time to regular time?

Just press some buttons on your Audio Player and Recorder.

If your stated 'make model (what it is)', it would help a bit!!

Or you could Google

make mode manual

or

make model change from military time.

You know that Google knows everything right?

I think that I accidentaly set the alarm on my watch and I dont know how to turn it off. My time is also in military time and I don't know how to get it back to regular time. I would be very grateful...

You can get instructions from the Amitron web site.
Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine
and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated
instructions.

Choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.

How do you get the ge profile oven time set to not on military time. we push clock time and the time, and it defaults to military time.

I don't know this particular model but on a lot of different brand stoves/ovens the clocks only work on military time. I have encountered many of these and they are manufactured to work on this time only. Unfortunately I have one sitting in my kitchen!
