SOURCE: screen says lens error and it will not close

Hi Dear,

This error is due to some fault in alignment of the lens. This is a hardware problem.
Hence, i will recommend you to take it to nearest service center and hand over it to some technical expert guys. Trying to resolve it on your own might worsen the issue.

Hope this will help you. If you need more information on this, please do write to us.

Have a nice day.

Problem with Kodak EasyShare M753 My camera was working just fine before but then i try to turn my camera on and i get camera lens error 122 1,0,0 the lenses look crooked and after i try to turn it on it...

You can try to pull and twist on the lens as you turn it on. Sometime this will work. Do it carefully.
Sometimes the lens jumps out of the track, and may be able to be put back with some careful help.

If not, sell as a used as is or repair camera on a site such as Amazon on Ebay.

Lens error 122

Hey blondgal12,
From your description you should most likely have your camera looked at by an authorized service technician and get and estimate on a repair done. The manufacturer usually has a list of authorized service technicians in your local area, or you could try looking in the yellow pages. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan
