I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "unlock". But, if you mean you see the main screen but don't know what to do next, that's easy. On the home screen you will see two icons down toward the bottom, one on the left (green, with a little picture of a lock which has an open hasp), this is the UNLOCK switch. Simply put your finger on it and drag to the right, then release. The other icon is gray and controls the volume. See the user manual here, and picture of the screen I am talking about is on page 7. Check your owner's manual or at least try to describe what the icon looks like. what kind of solution were you expecting when you just tell someone there's an icon in your dash you don't recognize?
Your OS software may be corrupted. Did you try reloading the machine with your recovery software? If that does not do it, then the problem may lie with the motherboard or one of your peripherals.

Display Screen Icons Your Stunt phone can show you definitions of the icons that appear on the top line of the display. To access the Icon Glossary: In Standby mode, select MENU, then select Settings --- Phone Info--- Icon Glossary. A list shows of the icons that can appear on the top line of the display.
I am told "It's Revision A EVDO, meaning more speed. There's information on Wikipedia about it if you want to read up. It just means if you were to tether or if you use Opera to browse the web it would be faster connection speeds."
The icons from the left:
1. Power indocator
2. Hard Disk indicator --> it is a tube icon, not battery, but means hard drive.
3. Power Source indicator
4. Bluetooth indicator
The third from left means the power source indicator. Normally it is light green. If there is battery problem (can not charge or battery overload) it flashes amber/orange. If flashes red, it indicates that the battery power is low. You need to change the battery or connect the AC adapter.

the blue icon on the top of the screen is the indication that the area has the coverage for 3G usage..it will stay there whenever you are in the 3G area. it wont be removed unless you are outside the 3g area..and don't worry it wont affect any of the phone function..
