Go on your computer to your "printer controls" and "delete all jobs in que".

If something is stuck in the rendering process this will happen. To fix it, first make sure the machine is in copy mode then press:

Pound, Star, C, Star
66, start
10, start
execute, yes...wait for a minute while it processes, then it will reboot.

this will clear out anything stuck in queue

In what queue? In either case, I would suggest turn off the device with the queue and unplugging, then restarting. This usually clears a stuck queue.

Sounds like a stuck document is in the print queue. Try to clear the print queue first before sending another print job otherwise it will just accumulate in the queue. The steps below will help you clear the queue.

Are you able to make copy from printer or print test page ?
If you are not able to make copy from printer or print self test page
Check if the cartridges are not empty.
If they have ink, follow the steps below

1. Disconnect the power cable from back of printer
2. Wait for 10 seconds and re-connect the power cord to printer.

This step is to clean the print queue, be sure you have a copy of the existing file your trying to print. -click start(Circle windows logo in 7 and Vista) -click run (click on a bar just above logo for7 and Vista) -type"services.msc" then press <enter> -look for Print Spooler -right click and restart -check if the printer queue is clean
