SOURCE: Red Light Flashing 6 times

When the lamp fails in this unit, often the thermal fuse opens. The error code is 6 blinks. To replace this part requires a great deal of deal of disassembly.

SOURCE: Tv cuts off and green light flashes

If your set was manufactured around July 2005, you may need a firmware upgrade to solve this issue. On the Sony website you can enter your model # and serial # to see if you TV is affected. If so, it is easy to have done and may be free from Sony. It sounds like the issue they described in the writeup on the required formware update. I had mine done within few months of when i bought it (purchased in Dec 2005) and it has been working flawlessly since.

Good luck!

SOURCE: panasonic viera tv won't turn on. Power light

hello, you have a either your su, sd or sc boards fualty and it is a driver sos1 thats what the manual reads the best thing to do if your not electronically inclined or able to fix it is to get a service manual and make sure it is for your specific model and size you will find what the 7 blink codes mean, on my side i have a 42 in pana the service manual for this set and your is similar so since it is not the same model i cant tell you exactly what the truoble is but your best bet is to find a service manual find the 7 blink fualt then without getting ripped off you will know what the service man needs to do if you dont know or cant replace the parts yourself that is besides having to download firmware from your computer to a sd card and update your set but you need to solve the blinking code first it may solve the entire issue. the tv should come on when you resolve the blink codes or replace the fualty board or boards

SOURCE: LG 42 LCD no sound or picture

Did anyone find out the solution for this??????? I have the exact same problem with my LG 32 LCD. I only had it for a year and a half, and the green light blinks a few times and it shows no picture. Not even a red light when the tv is off. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago and by some miracle it started working again.

Washing machine wont work

If it's more than 6 years old, it's time for a new one. Or maybe you blew out your fuses. Try resetting the fuse box and switch off and on. Then after you switch back the power, go and try to turn on washing machine again.

The main fuse blew. Look in your fuse box for a big fuse it should be labeled main or master fuse. Replace this fuse and vehicle should work everything but maybe the starting issues. You have a short somewhere. If the fuse blows again or the car won't start repost the problem

Can your power cord be bad on a panasonic plasma tv to cause it to turn off and not start again and blow a fuse on pb

The main power regulator board will have some shorted component/s on it. Normally, these boards to plasma TVs are irreparable. Card base replacement should be done.

Color on tv

If this happens to all the input sources, the main logic board is fired. If this happens to only one input source, only that input source circuit is fired.
It is costly to replace the main logic board. And then there are other components ready to die out soon.
Your set is at least 5 to 6 year old. Have you replace the lamp yet? It is rated for 10,000 hours. Yes, it will fail in about 10,000. Off brand replacement is cheaply made, can cost problem. (mine did). The nut holding the wire to the lamp was loose.
Time for a new TV. A new 46-47 inch LCD is less than a grand.

32'' Panasonic TV, 4 yrs old, keeps blowing the fuse

Hi Mendi.
I had a similar problem, in that I could not find the proper fuse for my set. I bought a bit higher amp fuse from Radio Shack and it ended up blowing a couple months later. I've since pulled the TV down and replaced it with an LCD set, so I've solved my problem.

But, to address yours, I don't think the amp difference would not be the problem. Likely, there is a power issue on your set causing it to draw more amps and become out of specification. Using a higher amp fuse would buy you more 'capacity', but if its blowing those too (repeatedly), its likely a real problem in the set. I'm not a TV technician, so I can't tell you why. I'd suggest taking the thing in for service (cheaper than the house call) or if that is too expensive, looking at putting your money into a set that won't give you those problems. Or, just keep replacing the fuse until it doesn't fix the problem.

Sorry I cant help much more.

Main fuse blown on CT-32G11 32" Panasonic TV, Replacement fuses continue to blow.

If the main fuse keeps blowing, check the horizontal output transistor for a shorted condition and diodes in that section as well.

TV will not turn on when power button is pushed.

check the main fuse in the tv. test it with a multimeter, not visually. if its the thermistor that blew the fuse, it is very difficult to see the break in the wire. replace if blown. if unit blown fuse again withing a couple of weeks replace the thermistor in the degausing circuit. good luck.
