Yes, you can reinstall the software by downloading the free software Nokia Suite from the web. Once downloaded, open Nokia Suite, then follow the steps: -Connect your C5 phone to the PC using Micro-USB cable-Once connected, a confirmation prompt will appear on your phone;choose"PC Suite" from your phone-Open Nokia Suite, select "Tools", then click on "Software Updates"-You may reinstall the latest software of your phone *NOTE: Since the phone has been corrupted with virus, it is recommended not to make a backup and backup-restore on your phone. you need to update your phone software as soon as possible . to update it yourself :
1) you need to have high speed internet.
2)data cable
3)nokia software updater.
if you have all these just start nokia software updater while your phone is connected and your pc is connected to internet. the phone will restart itself several times while updating . wait for 1 hour and your phone will be updated and everything will work fine.

Download the Flashlite software. You can get it easily by searching in google. Connect you phone with pc via bluetooth or a USB cable. Trasnfer the Flashlite software to the root directory (c:\) of your phone or to the memory card (e:\). From tools menu of your phone open file manager. Open by default it will look in your phone memory. If you saved the software to your memory card move the right navigation key to select your memory card. Look for the software file. Open it and install it.
