SOURCE: pictures have brown instead of color look, why

You have a bad film pack. Replacing the film pack with a new one should fix the problem. Nothing in the camera can change the color of a picture. The camera can over expose pictures (wash out the picture), under expose pictures (dark pictures), or the picture can be out of focus (blurry).

SOURCE: shooting out film

Unfortunately you have a broken camera and it's not really fixable. There are plenty of free/cheap examples on FreeCycle and in thrift/charity shops but as you've discovered to your cost there's only one rather expensive way to find out whether they work...

37" Polaroid Flat Panel with Blue light but NO PICTURE

Hey guys,

I'm still in the middle of getting capacitors so that I can try Stiv0's suggestions and I think it will work because the back of the old capacitors were swollen like the pictures shown. I had trouble finding the capacitors because the electronics stores don't want to sell customers parts because they can't charge ridiculous prices for 10 minutes of work. I ended up finding the 1000uf (microfarad) 10 volt capacitors on a website for $1 per package of 6. There is a minimum $10 purchase for delivery so I'll have 60 in a few days which isn't bad. After shipping it'll only cost $17 to fix my TV. Here is the website if you are having the same problems I am.

If radio shack or the electronics stores won't sell the capacitors to you give this a shot.

I have some leftover polaroid film for my instant camera and the pictures will not eject but the remainder count keeps dropping

Solution: Replace with another film.
Cause: Many Polaroid film has batteries that power the motor and the battery may be weak or drained. Flip the film cartridge and check the voltage condition.
