Your crib date is old enough to be off the market. This would be a 20 year old crib, and they do not meet any of the safety standards set of use at all. . Sorry. I had this same Jenny Lind Crib.
If you have a matching screw/bolt on the crib, take it to a local hardware store. Someone in hardware should be able to match it up for you. If you're a stickler for getting one from the manufacturer, get the contact info from your manual/instructions and request a set of screw from them. I say "set" because manufacturers usually package hardware in sets and you'll be required to purchase a set rather then a single screw/bolt.
I need hardware as well. I called Delta Childrens Product Customer Service and they charge $35.00 for the hardware for my Luv 5 in 1 Crib (model 4822). I tried several hardware stores and none of the bolts I purchased fit. According to Delta, since the crib was made in Indonesia, the hardware has to come from that country.
