On my samsung s8300 in the missed call box no name appears ??? When you recieve a text or a missed call, in a box it shows the Logs and shows you who its from - the miss call or text but for some reason no name appears anymore :S Can someone help? thanks

To unlock your Samsung S8300, use unlock code . You can get it from any of the online vendors like MobileUnlockSolutions.com to unlock it .

check your call logs, this will list made and recieved calls taken and missed.

It does not seem to be a setting change.

Please ensure that you still have the person's name in your phone book.

There are times when a multiple entry will cause the name to not to be displayed.

Just check once and look at the first and the last entry of your phonebook.
The repeat number often gets saved in the end of the phonebook and has no name.
Since there are 2 numbers, one with name and one without... it causes a conflict.

In case you see repeated entries, delete one. Then please test.

go to settings/phone prfiles and touch the (>>) sign. than you will see a small box at the right corner,under the time. touch there and see the menu (incoming calls,new messages, phone sounds) . u can do from there.

ur phone show both sim n phone contacts change there view mode in contacts settings or try 2 arrange them by first name if ur phone has such function
