You can often download drivers from the camera manufacturer's website, but you haven't told us the make and model of the camera so we can't give you more specific help on finding them. You don't always need software, but again, it depends on the camera.

Here is how to Install them so they MAY work. Download your driver you wish to install. If it's in a zip/rar file then extract it to your desktop. You should have a simple .exe file sitting on your desktop to install the drivers, as normal for XP. Right click the .exe file AS ADMINISTRATOR and select "Properties". Then select the tab called "Compatibility" Now check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Make sure "Windows XP Service Pack 2" is highlighted. Now apply the settings and run the installer. This should work for most drivers, but not all Also use all software used by it AS ADMINISTRATOR too.

I am using Presario A901TU notebook, I am unable to find out the audio drivers which is suitable for my Notebook. Depending on the version of software you have the drivers may not have loaded correctly. Try using a USB port on the back of your computer and see if it loads the drivers then. If not you may need to reinstall the software and the downloader. You may need to uninstall the DB CIF Cam depending on the version of software you have. The reason for this is if the camera was connected to the computer before the software was installed then Windows loads the most generic drivers it can find for the camera. From then on if the camera is connected to the computer Windows continues to load those drivers and not the correct drivers. Simply connecting to a different port can correct this or reinstalling all of the software can correct this.

You must check first if you have successfully loaded the drivers. GO TO DEVICE MANAGER. You should be able to see your pc camera listed there. If it is listed and it has a YELLOW QUESTION MARK, that means that the drivers for the pc camera was not installed. Install the drivers manually.
