Try to reset it:
1. Hold down "0" and "8" keys while turn on the power.
2. Enter 400 press Start.
3. Enter 0 press Set or Enter.

There is no service code.
To reset the copier press and hold 0,8. button and switch on the copier.
enter 690 press start button
enter 2 and press enter key on touch screen.
once the reboot massage apears switch off the copier and switch on.
