We have tried everything in the user manual to try and fix this. I am not sure that we have tried the "Q" values. Can someone please get me the steps to check these? Thank you for all your help.

Check the label megerments at driver, or reset printer to default settings. you can also print settings direcly from printer without connect with computer, if still doing than, its possible the printhead its faulty. but before replacet please run test after factory default. hope it helps. Paulo.

SOURCE: TLP 2844 skips over labels

The first thing I would do is to default the printer then run a width calibration. The instruction are in the user's manual that should have come with the printer. If the instruction did not come with the printer I can provide the instruction.

SOURCE: TLP 2844 skips 15-16 labels then prints intended label

It sounds like they may need to set their "Q" values for the labels they are using.   If that isn't it, we may need more info - are they using Zebra brand or custom labels?
To start with, I would ask them to try adding these "Q" value commands: q456 Q152,24
If that doesn't work, then maybe they can provide the other info mentioned above so we can understand the problem better.

SOURCE: TLP 2844-Z is faded on the right half when it prints

above (calibration) solution would work on a TLP2844 not a TLP2844-Z.

Reset Z model by loading media, Turn printer on and get a green light (Ready).

Then hold down feed button and wait for flashing led sequence.

Release button after 4 flashes (Performs reset)

1 flash - prints config
2 flashes - performs calibration.

There is no mechanical adjustment of the printhead on desktop models. Try cleaning the printhead with isoproply alcohol and a cotton bud.

Zebra TLP 2844 label printer only printing left row of labels

I am not sure what you are describing here, if the prints are left justified this is just a setting. If you are saying that the print doesn't come out on the right side there could be several problems. Please find a qualified engineer to assist

TLP 2844 GAP sensor problem (I guess)

I had the same problem. I found out later there was a small piece of label sticking against the sensor, thus blocking the sensor from sensing the end of the label. As soon as I removed the label (open the cover, it is on the top part) it immediately started to work as usual. Hope this helps.

Problem printing on Glossy Label [butterfly label] using Zebra TLP 2844 EPL

You must make sure that the ribbon is compatible with the label you are attempting to print on. It must be a permanent resin. We use the AXR7+ material. Try to avoid using such a high printer head temperature as this will reduce the life of the head.

Zebra TLP2844 Prints Centered and Half the Width

create a word template document with the page size the same size as the label. Set the margins to 0 and fill the label up with text. This should make the printer print right the way over the bale.
