TLP 2844-Z prints only the right half of the label information on the left half of the label.

The first thing I would do is to default the printer then run a width calibration. The instruction are in the user's manual that should have come with the printer. If the instruction did not come with the printer I can provide the instruction.

It sounds like they may need to set their "Q" values for the labels they are using. If that isn't it, we may need more info - are they using Zebra brand or custom labels?
To start with, I would ask them to try adding these "Q" value commands:
q456
Q152,24
If that doesn't work, then maybe they can provide the other info mentioned above so we can understand the problem better.

above (calibration) solution would work on a TLP2844 not a TLP2844-Z.
Reset Z model by loading media, Turn printer on and get a green light (Ready).
Then hold down feed button and wait for flashing led sequence.
Release button after 4 flashes (Performs reset)
1 flash - prints config
2 flashes - performs calibration.
There is no mechanical adjustment of the printhead on desktop models. Try cleaning the printhead with isoproply alcohol and a cotton bud.

see if you can set the printer preferences to borderless printing.

We have tried everything in the user manual to try and fix this. I am not sure that we have tried the "Q" values. Can someone please get me the steps to check these? Thank you for all your help.
