Window not likely broken but the window regulator most likely. Before starting, look inside and you may distinguish scrambled wire cable that broke from the regulator, have a new replacement ready when you go at it removing the door panel.

94-97 Honda Accord Rear Side Window Install ... How to fixreplace install a broken power window regulator ..
Before digging in to the altenator and regulator assembly, check the voltage of the battery both with the engine running and without. If it doesn't rise above 13volts then check the ac in to the regulator diode pack. If you have lots of ac it is the regulator OR A BROKEN WIRE joining the regulator to the battery. Likewise if there is no ac to the regulator rectifier block there is probably a broken wire from the altenator. Try and keep your mind outside of the problem as if you get burried in the problem, you won't see the easy solution. And I hope it is an easy solution. Safe riding. Hope this helps.
The 'DIPLOMAT' series of WEBBs is bad news, its NOT a WEBB! Webb were swallowed by qualcast-atco-suffolk, who dunped Webbs tooling, & dressed up punches & commodores in thin disguises, dumped the briggs & stratten engine for their own alloy job, & charged a rip off premium for the Webb decals! The qualcast suffolk alloy engine suffers from a WIPAC electronic ignition unit. As it gets old, it fails, sometimes completely, sometimes as it warms up. Once cool, it works for a while again. Not too hard to replace, but hard on the wallet, £69 genuine, £40 fake! On the whole its not too bad an engine if cared for & oil changed often. better to look on ebay for a cheap used HONDA engine & transplant! R-E-L-I-A-B-L-E !............I did! ( £35 honda gc series, 5,5hp! )
