Press Delete Button
Uncheck Preserve Website Favorites Data
Check all other options available
Press Delete Button
Wait for Windows to delete cache files
Press Ok
Retry login
2) Reset IE Browser
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab
Press Reset Button
Check delete personal settings
Press Reset Button
Click Ok
Reboot for changes to take effect
Retry login

Find out your account info through whatever recovery method they have.
