Unless the manufacturer has released android update for your device you cannot update it.

The latest upgrade was android 4.0.3 for the SN10T1. So if you have that software, there is no upgrade. If it is less, just use Google with the same name and you find the sites where you can get the software to upgrade.
Be aware Android devices only get an upgrade if the factory has problems with the working (or not so good working) revision. If there are just a few complaints they won't use any time for an existing system. They only fix newer android revisions for their new phones and pad's.

Assuming the built in cameras are the issue,
\are you using the provided software ?
You can try to update the ROM and / or drivers for those devices.

sometimes an update may not install properly and re-updating the ROM and / or specific device drivers would solve the issue

If you are having difficulties with the device recognizing an attached camera device, you may need to go to camera device manufacturer website and download the appropriate drivers to match your tablet device operating system and connection type.
Ex: USB driver for camera connecting using a usb port connection. Also ... confirm proper cable is being used.
Ex: Some connections require 5 contact point cables, others only 4 contacts - this will be determined by your devices.

1. Go to applications screen and touch the settings button.

3. Select Factory data reset.
4. Leave the erase SD card option unticked and touch Reset tablet.

I suggest that you scan your computer with RadarSync. This software will find the driver update and with just a press of the button the outdated driver will be updated.

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "HannspreeSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the drivers.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Try 063, some people have had some luck with it but to they reported that the volume control did not work. Have a look at this website, they have a regularly updated list. It also has some advice on what to do if you can't find the code you need.

According to Hannspree press release they will provide the updates to SKY in 2008, sorry no month given!
