Have you tried a different USB cable instead? It sounds like a possible problem with the USB cable. Try that and see if that helps.

I know my files are on my mp4 because it says there is only 2% disk space left...i have a Mp4 Digital Audio/video player with built in speakers...it was working fine but i think i may have acidentially deleted something i shouldnt have and i have no idea how to fix it. You are copying an unknown format to your mp4. Some mp3/mp4 handles a different type of audio and video files. Read your manual and check what particular audio and video files it can read.
