SOURCE: Transfer music from computer to phone

When you put the SD card into your laptop, it should show-up as a hard drive (one of your drive letters on a Windows machine).

Copy or drag your music files from your computer's hard drive to the "music" folder (it might be named "audio", I can't recall) on the SD card. This folder should be there if the card was previously in your phone. Once the files are copied there, they should play on the phone.

If you still have problems, try reducing the bit rate on the music files. I'm not sure how high of a bit rate this phone can handle.
So, for example, if your music is encoded at 256kbps, try reducing them down to 192kbps. I'm not 100% on this, but it's worth trying.

Good Luck!

Does iphone 4 have sd cards

No. The only card you can insert in any iPhone is the sim card. You should buy a iPhone with enough memory for all the apps you want to use and for all the content, like notes, music, contact list and so on.
Although the iPhone used to come with 8 Gbyte is is really not enough as soon as you start to put apps and music on it.
New phones should have at least 32 G Byte.
But if you plan tu use a phone for a few years at least, take the 64 G byte. That goes for the android phones too. Because even when you can enter a 32 G byte memory card in an android. It will not be an extension of the main memory. You can't install apps or access lists of contacts as long as the are on the extra memory card. It is more like a had drive, from which you need to cpu the content to the main memory first, before you can use it.

When i play music player in 5130c-2, it gives error "not enough memory"what can i do for solve this problem...

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

Nokia 5130 c-2 phone uses phone memory as a "virtual memory" to create playlist in the music player. Almost 5MB free memory required to phone to start the music player. If the memory is not there then it shows error "not enough memory".
To resolve this issue, delete some data from phone memory or transfer it to memory card, when there will be free memory available to music player, this error will not display.
You can also easily resolve this issue after formatting the phone memory or restore your phone to "Factory Settings"

I hope this solution helps you

Why does my sd memory card from my old phone say unsupported file when i put it in my new phone and try to play my files

because not all phones can read the same files. between companies and models of phones there are so many different formats. you usually get this when transferring pictures, music, ringtones, graphics and the sort. theres not much you can do about it really.

Downloading to a zte c79

i JUST bought this phone, and got very frustrated trying to download music into the music player. Drag and drop your music files from your pc into your "my music" folder. They DO NOT show up right away, this is why i got pissed. I figured I was doing something wrong. I had the card in my phone, and my phone plugged into the usb port. They finally showed up on my phone after I took the card out and put it back in. As far as saving them for ringtones, I am pretty pissed that I can't do it. I am thinking Metro wants us to pay for them. That is such b&*%$#*!

My cell phone is not reading the memory card

After reading through the archives of related problems, I decided to try some of the suggestions. Here is what I did for my LG Shine...I checked the sd card on the computer to make sure all the data i transferred was on the card and it was. After that, I use the music player on the cell phone to load the music into my library and was able to listen to the music stored on the sd card. The music which was downloaded to the sd card will only play through the music player on the cell phone and for the ringtones I went to the website and made my ringtones. http://makeownringtone.com/ This is the fool proof way of making your favorite songs your ringtone. Follow the instructions giving and in under 3 mins you can make your ringtone. The ringtones have to be under 300kb and in the mp3 format. Its really simple and easy to use and downloaded them to my computer. Hint of advice: email it to yourself that way you can forward it to your friends and family. Might I remind you that its FREE!!!!
ENJOY ;-}

How do u transfer ringtones from the SD card to the phone?

Most these cell phones will only allow the transfer of pictures from SD to Internal Mem. The reason for this is copyright protection is not useful on phones because of how much space it takes to store that specific data, therefor whatever you can fit on your SD is what your phone will play, but unfortunately no utility is provided to transfer to the internal memory, only from it with the exception of pics. Sorry!
