I have a pioneer Avh-x5600bhs and am trying to play audio on a DVD. Some songs play, but I get two error messages. 02-99 and 02-a9. Any ideas? Thanks

Your manual should say what kind of format it playes, and this link is good explanation ,also some burnt dvd do not play cause the player does not have the proper driver of internal decoder .

Radio Resets when I turn off my car

Hi
You haven't provided enough detail to work with.... but
In general terms. Check the wires going into the rear of the Pioneer. Use a 12v test light or voltmeter. When you turn the key off, one of these wires will lose 12 volts but there should be another wire supplying power when the key is off. Thats how it holds it's settings. One wire from Ign Key switch & one from 12v fuse box with power on all the time. So, check the fuse box if thats easier, as wire may have come off or a blown fuse.

Pioneer AVH-P6000 does not save settings/clock when turning off

take it back to the shop and tell them to try again. What they have done is there are two power sources on stereos one come on when you start the car and operates all the stereos functions. The other is a power source that is always on is hardly draws anything so as to not wear down your battery but this power maintains the memory on the deck. they have either not installed this to a constant power or forgotten to hook it up at all. demand a re-imbursment for your troubles.hope this helps
