It's not as simple as being the address and password that is incorrect it could be that the IMAP or POP settings are incorrect.

All these settings need to be correct before you can send or receive emails.

What is the exact message that you get?

Change of password is the process that when you select the change the password option then you have to type your email address but here you have enter email address that you can see your password and can access.
