Stuck on welcome screen

My harmony 520 stuck on welcome screen plz some one help me to fix this

This means there is a button stck down!

1. Remove the batteries.
2. Push in, and massage each button to ensure that they are not stuck down.
3. Update the firmware.
4. Update the remote.

Have you tried resetting your Logitech Harmony 520 remote by updating your remote's firmware? Firmware replacement fixes several Harmony problems.

To upgrade or reapply the firmware on your Harmony remote:

Launch the Harmony remote software and log into your account.
Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen.
Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote.
Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button.

On the screen of the Harmony520, it just saids Harmony and nothing else and i can't acsess anything. how do i get out of this?
