I would suggest using Google's Chrome browser or Mozilla's Firefox. They're much more reliable than Internet Explorer. Safari and Opera are another couple of browsers you can use.
this behavior signals a presence of a virus on the computer ..and you need to reinstall the computer to get rid of it ...The fact that is not freezing on any page is due the fact that the viruses are programmed to lock on and transmit data only from sites with interest ..(passwords...id info ..etc)
I would suggest Google Chrome; it's much faster than Firefox and Internet Explorer 8, and much easier to use once you get used to the interface.

where do you open the content of your training? Internet Explorer? or a software that requires a browser? for Internet explorer upgrade the version if the problem occurs install a newer version of internet explorer or use different browser like Mozilla,Opera,Chrome,Flock, etc. always use a newer version of browser.
Your web browser might be corrupted. Reinstalling your Internet Explorer will solve the problem. What else web browser are you using other than Internet Explorer?
