DESCRIPTION: Code 74-0 from the E-mail alert system. SOLUTION ID: 154045
SOLUTION: CAUSE: Paper remains at finisher main tray paper exit opening.

I'm guessing it just means the finisher thinks it's full, and wants you to take the copies / prints out.

try to change the thermistor, if u confirm both the heater lamps is working.
the fuser unit from 7022 is not compatible with the 7020 machine.

- Check and clean all sensor if there are no obvious paper pieces stuck or dusty.
- Check and clean the Roller if you see dusty.

Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

If you are asking about a C0 210 code on a Minolta Di183 then this code means there has been a abnormal image transfer voltage error. The service manual says "the image transfer voltage remains more than 100V for a continuous given period of time while the PC drum remains stationary".
Have you opened/closed the front door or turned the machine off then back on to reset the code and see if it returns?
27 years working on Minolta copiers and I have never seen this code on this model of machine before so hopefully it will reset. If not you will need to call for service on the machine.
