Blue Screen usually means you have no video source, but also it can be a bad cable, bad signal, or week signal. I will try to hook it up to a dvd and test it on another source. However the screen should be all blue aand not blue lines, if you can email me a photo of the screen I will be able to properly address it.

You really only have two choices here--contact the maker with the model number or Google to see if you can find the owner manual which might have the information in it.
