I am trying to open an Netflix account and don't know how

check your account friends or family or you may have account open else where or if good then need to notify netflix

1:
try to check it from website and see if you can access your account and your content on Netflix Website.

if you don't then go to Number 2 Section. if yes then try the Netflix app from other devices like another mobile device or tv or computer apps

if you have Netflix on other devices:
then check the app or device for connectivity issues maybe VPN or proxy has been set and blocking the Netflix.

you do not have it on other devices either:
maybe your internet modem/router is blocking some ports via its built in firewall or your antivirus/firewall software blocking Netflix ports or...( try to open Netflix port on modem/router settings or ask an expert guy, try to temporary disable the antivirus software or firewall software )

2:
try to call your ISP (internet service provider and ask about the blocking ports or website)
try to call Netflix support for your account and probable account blocking issues

you need to go into your netflix account and add device on a pc the account on the pc has the setting to add devices use the number the device is giving you and place this in the add device on netflix account and the device will load the netflix account and be ready to use.

Just type in your account details in the LOGIN section.

First, let's try the obvious and easiest solution. Go to ww.netflix.com from a computer or laptop and login. Once you log-in go to your account and then settings. Change the password there. When you go back to your device or TV or wherever else you accessing from, it will attempt to log on using your old password and fail. It will now ask for your new password. Let me know if ths works. To stream on Netflix your Netflix account has to be set up to stream.
For Netlix user's your account would be either streaming OR playing DVDs, not both.
If your Netflix is set up to stream, you may need to download Microsoft Silverlight which is free and availble from Microsoft.
Be sure to download the latest version of Silverlight.

You will also need to open Netflix.com and create an account on your computer.

Close netflix and reopen after creating account then login.
Then check your account for streaming or DVD playing.

Depending on why kind of TV you have to watch a movie you will need to connect to the TV with an HDMI cable.
