the oil plug should be a 5/8" plug at the lowest pount of the oil pan and is usually torqued on prettey bood if it was last changed at the dealer or a garage, you may need to use a breaker- bar to losen it, of there is no room under for a bar then briskly tap the end of the wrench with a hammer or the hard part of your hand, PLEASE DO NOT INJUR YOURSELF

it sounds like you are looking at the right part. I do all the oil changes for my families vehicles and everytime i do it never looks like i have either. The reason is that all the dirt and debris from the road clings to the warm oil pan/plug making it look like its been 10 yrs since its been unscrewed. But like i said you are looking at the right place.

To replace the sepentine belt: Get a 9/16 socket with a extension. Look under the car and look for the oil filter. Next to the oil filter you will see a bolt. Use the sock and losen the bolt. This will losen the tensioner. You will notice the bolt coming out, push the bolt up and the tensioner will allow you to remove the belt.
