The battery or the charger may be defective. Because it is so new I would advise you to either return it to the place of purchase or contact the manufacturer. If a defect surfaces within the first 30 days the manufacturer may require you to contact the seller first for any issues.
I have a next book and on it has a app called HDMI switch well that keeps coming on and when it comes on my screen goes black and then it will have white lines running threw it or the screen jumps with white lines on it
the video you are watching or trying to watch was obviously copied over too it, it may be an MKV file..(blue ray file) i hate to tell you this but...the Chromo AAAAAAAA White 4gb 7" Android 4.0 Touch Capacitive Screen only has 512k of ram...(thats brain power to perform tasks) in other words....the movie file your playing has far too much data in HD and DOLBY data to play it smootly and your device is stalling using up all the ram tryng to play the movie.....to play a HD Movie without stuff ups you need at least 2gig ram not 512k thats like half a gig ram you have there and just wont do it. you already posted the specs in the title of this problem see >>> Chromo AAAAAAAA White 4gb 7" Android 4.0 Touch Capacitive Screen 1.2ghz 512 RAM Mid Tablet Pc Wifi 3g Camera Tr-a13 - Bonus USB 2.0 to Micro USB Adapter.....take note it says ....512k RAM !!!! you need more ram at least 2gig ram to play HD movies....you could try and see if you can get extra ram for these...im sure you can.
It seems the system keeps busy starting up, checking and loading drivers for internal hardware or it tries to connect to something, but keeps on waiting for confirmation that it's found. While undergoing this process, the operating system doesn't get a chance to load the software/drivers for your keyboard. If there's a reset-button to return to original firmware, try to go for this. If this is not possible, you might have the option to use an flash-drive including the Android-version for you tablet and booting, re-installing Android from it, back to your tablet.
