You need to contact AOL directly:

It is obvious you need to first access your AOL account in order to get into your email. Once you do that, go back to Facebook and click on their "forgot your password?" link so they can send you your password to your AOL email account.

2) You can use any PC to log into any AOL email. Use a web browser like Chrome/Firefox and goto mail.aol.com

I have had the same problem with being unable to access free AOL mail and error code COFE1702. I have had to clear the internet browser history and cookies each and every time and then I am able to access the mail.

Do you have the latest web browser? Try using Google Chrome.
