Trying to watch netflix and the screen goes green and stays that way

Have you ever been able to view Netflix on this device before? What device are you trying to view Netflix on? If it is a tablet, i recommend restarting your tablet and trying Netflix again. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix. If you only see the green screen when trying to run Netflix, and no other app, it may be a problem with the app or with the Netflix website.

Your processor is not powerful enough or your internet connection is weak. I'd bet processor. This usually occurs with tablets or older PC's.

You may need to update your Adobe Flash Plugin. Use another browser to see if the problem occurs.

Try changing the PS3 Sound output settings, check the cables leading to the console and TV, and if that doesn't solve it, watch another movie, then come back to the original. If it is one movie in particular, you may want to contact Netflix online at netflix.com/youraccount. Here, you can click the "Report problem" next to movies you've watched recently to tell Netflix about the issue.
