SOURCE: low flame on burner...

Remove the burner and check the flexible tubes for kinks or blockages. The flexible tubes usually just slip over the backs of the valves. Spiders love to get in there and block them. Also check that the holes in the burners are not clogged. Be careful when reseating the flexible tubes to be sure that they are properly seated on the back of the valves. Failure to properly seat the flexible tubes can cause leakage there, and the gas can ignite at the back of the valves and not reach the burner. Be certain that the replacement burner is designed to use with your grill and the flexible tubes mate properly with the back of the valves.

SOURCE: weber grill three burner. New tank of propane but

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

SOURCE: hi i purchased a brinkman

Glad you saw the troubleshooting part concerning the regulator, but unless you turned the tank valve on VERY, VERY SLOWLY (slow motion, slow) after reconnecting the hose. That's the problem. The hose should remain disconnected for 5 minutes, before reconnecting. As the regulator needs time to reset itself. If that doesn't solve the problem, be sure the propane tank has enough gas to supply all the burners properly.

Hope this helps to get you up and grilling.

I have a brinkmann 3 burner grill, the middle burner flames, but the outside ones do not, i just bought it today. How do I light the outside burners?

I am not sure, but I think the Brinkman uses the ignitor to light one burner and the other burners light after the first one allowing the flame to "crossover".

WE HAVE A BRINKMAN GRILL AND BOUGHT THE LP TO NG CONVERSION KIT THAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR THIS GRILL ...KIT HAS TOTAL OF 6 ORFICES AND THE GRILL IS A 5 BURNER, WITH SEAR AND SIDE GRILL SO THAT MAKES 7..NOT...

Some Brinkman grills have the LP orifice installed on the NG orifice directly from the factory.
If that is true, you remove the LP orifice and the NG orifice is already there. Check instructions in the conversion kit and look for this detail carefully. I just did a Brinkman conversion and instructions were very confusing. The orifices in the kit are not used (on my unit).

Looking for a brinkmann 810-3200G replacement burner

Unfortunately, your model grill has been discontinued by Brinkman. The burner you need, Part # 19810-3200-G is no longer available and there is no substitution.. Neither from Brinkman or other grill part sources. In fact, the only 2 parts available from Brinkman for you grill are an ignitor button & cooking grates.

I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

Brinkman grill 3 burner pro series 8300 won't

To restore gas to the burners, follow the instructions below.

1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.

2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.

3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).

4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.

If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it, turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.

Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling.

How do I light the grill manually

Get a butane grill lighter. Open the hood of your grill. Remove the cooking grates and one by one turn the burner to low. Light the butane grill lighter prior to turning the burner on and as you turn the burner to low touch the flame of the lighter to the burner. Leave all burners on low, until you replace the cooking grates. Be very very careful, as you don't want gas to buildup before each burner is lit.

Then contact Brinkman for replacement ignitors.

Grill seems to flair up, doe not always light with 1st press of the ignitor(or 2nd, 3rd...) and then it does start and a gas filled burst of heat erupts

most grills do not lite on the first press of the igniter so this is a common situation, The best way to prevent this is make sure everything around the igniter is clean especially the burner. I've seen brand new grills do the for their entire service life so don't be discouraged if you can't correct the problem. Get a extended lighter and lite the grill manually, lite the lighter hold it next to the burner then turn the burner control on, Always lite a grill with the hood or cover open!!

I have a brinkman gas grill model 810 8501 s and the searer will not stay burning unless I hold the knob in. As soon as I let go of the gas knob the searer goes out. Any ideas on how to fix?

First I have a couple of questions for your question on how ti fix your Brinkmann Gas Grill, Model 810-8501-S
===============================================.

1). Did you push the igniter for 3-5 seconds after you turned on the Sear Burner (remember, this needs to be done AFTER you've turned the control knob to HIGH).

2). Once the burner is lit, you then need to continue to PUSH & HOLD the control knob for another 30 seconds as this somehow seals the deal, thus this should solve the problem.

3). However, if this does NOT work, you may have a defective Sear Burner and the best thing to do is to contact the Customer Service Department over at Brinkmann:
