Sadly this is a serious error requiring a replacement Laser Unit - if you are lucky. It may also be a system board error that is falsely reporting the error.

This printer is likely to be beyond economical repair.

i have the same 10037 error code in my machine. On internet is says it is 00010037 Print Head thermistor error. I can not understand the problem and service employee could not solve.
I would really appreciate if you can tell me what was the reason of the problem in your machine how the problem is solved on your side?

Did you remove and reinsert the cartridges? Perhaps, clean the contacts. This is a cartridge error.

CPU Error. Mainboard is faulty.

Service Req xyyyy
A Controller error or print engine error detected. Turn off the printer. Wait at least 5 seconds and then turn it back on. What was the service error code It would look something like Service Required E510. This show on the panel and/or in the status monitor

Without this code all we know is your printer has something wrong with it.
