There is no such thing as a CPU Graphics. Your cpu is the processor chip that control your computer.. The Graphic card will give you the resolution on the screen of your monitor. You need a driver that will allowed Windows to accept the graphic card. The monitor should also have its own driver to be accepted by the windows you are using.

I have the same problem. I wrote to LG and here is what they responded:

Easy Set requires proper communication between the software and the monitor in order to work properly. To do this it has to go through Windows and the graphics driver. Not every setup is going to support this. If the dual web mode cannot “see” a monitor it supports, it will be grayed out.

I have an nVidia FX 5500 and latest driver.
So it seams I need a PC upgrade.

Try switching the monitors to see if it's the monitor or GFX card issue, if it's monitor, attempt to reset it on the menu to default settings, If it's GFX card issue, go in safe mode and uninstall the GFX driver and restart and reinnstall new drivers.

you may need to download monitor driver for your lg, or re-install your graphic card driver softwares.
