Pair my laptop to my smart tv - Cell Phones

did you put the tv into pairing mode so the tablet can discover it . I suspect once the tv is put into pairing mode it will reveal the pairing code needed.

Hi recently I wanted to pair my bluetooth headphones with samsung smart tv and I followed this video.

Maybe it helps you as well.
Goal is to go to the hidden service menu and activate it there.
The key combination is :

Turn off the TV.

1. Info
2. Menu
3. Mute
4. Turn on the TV.

Pair it up to your smart phone , tablet or computer, via WIFI.

Try clearing all pairings before you begin.

Does your TV have wifi, mean, is it a Smart TV? Please specify your TV brand and model so might help you check specifications and find you a user's manual.

It needs to be Re-Paired to the TV.

First, fresh batteries, and clean battery contacts if needed.

Then, Try Pairing procedure:

1. TV off
2. Bring remote within 3 feet of TV
3. Push Pairing button (Paper Clip or other pointed object in button hole)
4. Turn on TV
5. Should be paired. Try remote channel or other buttons.
6. If not, try 2 more times.
7. If still not working, push RESET button first and repeat Pairing.

Samsung remotes for LED / LCD TVs are generally RF, not IR.
Most Universal remotes do not generate RF signals, so disregard advice about codes for Universals.

When you are pairing one 'smart' device (e.g. phone, computer) to another 'smart' one, the device which starts the pairing process can choose any code you can think of (e.g. the widely used code by headsets, 0000), provided that the device which receives the pairing request enters that same code.
