Sounds crazy but try removing the battery unplug from power hold power button for 15 seconds Then plug in and try to turn it on

Try holding down the power button instead of just pushing it. I had this problem with my HP dv7 and holding the power button down for around 5 seconds worked for me. Also make sure that its plugged in to a power source.

Wont boot no bios screen nothing

Check your memory card. Reseat or clean its edge connector with soft eraser.Do this after you shut it down properly , battery disconnected, and no any other power source is connected.

That is the first thing to suspect. Or try it also with a spare good ram card.
