Requires a maintenance code. Can u help, please?
C0500 refers to a low fuser temperature. You can attempt to clear the code by using the tech rep service mode.
Go to "Counter"
Go to "Trouble"
Trouble reset
If "warm Restart Swich" is asked for- This can be actuated through a small access hole on the right side of the control panel, using a straightened paper clip or something similar.
You may need to clear the counter by pressing "clear" and then "end".
After clearing the code, power cycle the copier. If it comes to "ready" you are all set. If not, you may have a blown heat lamp or thermal fuse which would need to be replaced by a technician. Good Luck!!"
why was this rated not helpful? you asked what the code was and I told you what it is and how to possibly fix, you could have said thanks for trying.
Here is the service manual for the Di3510, if you still need it:

For the NEC press ACCESS and enter four "*" in the Account area. Press Utility and go to User Management. When you go into the maintenance mode a "SERVICE MODE" Button will be there now. Hope this helps.

We have a Konica Minolta Di3010F and it just gave me the code C0500. I just got off the phone with the tech rep.
This is what the rep told me to do and it worked like a charm:
Use a paperclip and use the soft reset button on the right side of the user panel.
You should get a PLEASE WAIT screen.
When the bootup screen shows, continue to press the number "3" key until a small blue box shows up.
When the blue code box shows up, clear out the stars.
Fill the code box with the number "0" (zero).
Press END.
An abort code will show up and then the system will start to reboot itself. If the code comes up again in the very near future, then there IS a bad part on the copy machine and it must be replaced.
