Is it unbalanced?

i believe this model actually has the capability of popping the fron panel off. make sure there are no scews at floor in the front of machine if so remove... next you want to take a small screwdriver and between the top of the washer and the front panel if you look closely you will see a tab on each side about three to four inches in. stic your flat screwdriver in there in between the tab and top portion and apply forward pressure on the front panel. repeat process to opposite side and then remove..should be enough access there to examine your problem

Hi.... you have something in your drain pump or you need new pump ....

got help on another site for free that told how to remove agitator which allwed me to see the metal part that connects inner drum to transmission had completely broken into two seperate parts. will replace.

this one is easy,renew the motor bushes and check for any slack in the main belt that goes around the drum and motor,rgds,paul

Remove agitator (it will pop off when pried) then you will find your answer. Mine was a broken tub collar to shaft.

Replace the water valve.
Problem solved.

Get the front panel off. use a putty knife and wrangle it. The electric pump will be right there on the bottom right. The pump comes apart easily. Just give it a twist. A bit of water mess. Get a washtub and put the pump in it before removing the hoses. Easy fix. The hardest part is getting the dang front panel off. :D

My solution was, I didn't want to pay $14.99 just to find out if the machine was a heavy duty washing machine. That's why I quit.

does it drain.and lock the door.. if it don't drain check you drain pump if it can't drain if will not spin...

if it will not lock the door it will not spin check the door lock..

if it locks and drains it is a motor control...
